Requires the Office of the Governor to conduct an annual study on the economic, environmental, and financial impact of illegal immigration in Texas

Authorizes the Governor's office to collaborate or contract with state/federal agencies, political subdivisions, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, or private entities to assist with the study

Mandates the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System to coordinate with and provide information to the Governor's criminal justice division upon request

Requires the Governor's office to submit a biennial report to the lieutenant governor and legislature by December 1 of each even-numbered year, containing results from the preceding two years of studies

Takes effect September 1, 2025
