Limits liability for commercial cavern operators (owners/operators of natural caverns open for recreational or educational activities) for injuries, deaths, emotional distress, or property damage sustained by participants

Requires cavern entities to post warning signs at each cavern entrance citing Chapter 75C of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to qualify for liability protection

Liability protection does NOT apply when injuries result from: the cavern entity's negligence regarding safety, known or reasonably discoverable dangerous conditions, failure to properly train employees, or intentional harm

Applies only to causes of action accruing on or after the effective date

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, otherwise September 1, 2025
