Repeals Chapter 328 of the Government Code, abolishing the Criminal Justice Legislative Oversight Committee

Redirects the Texas Department of Criminal Justice director's annual report on employee organization meetings from the abolished committee to the standing legislative committees with primary jurisdiction over the department

Removes the Criminal Justice Legislative Oversight Committee from the list of recipients for the parole board's annual report on parole guidelines application, maintaining delivery to the lieutenant governor, speaker of the house, and relevant standing committee presiding officers

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds vote of both chambers, otherwise effective September 1, 2025
