Amends Section 22.110 of the Government Code to create an exemption from mandatory judicial training requirements on family violence, sexual assault, trafficking of persons, and child abuse and neglect

Allows judges and judicial officers, including associate judges, to be exempt from these training requirements by filing an affidavit stating they do not hear cases involving these subject matters

Requires the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals to adopt rules necessary to implement the new exemption as soon as practicable after the effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
