Exempts employers from liability if they accept exemptions for employees based on reasons of conscience (including religious beliefs) and medical contraindication certified by a physician

Permits courts to award reasonable attorney's fees and court costs to employees who prevail in these lawsuits

Applies only to causes of action accruing on or after the effective date, with immediate effect if passed by two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025 otherwise
