Prohibits installation of critical electric grid equipment in ERCOT facilities after December 31, 2025, if purchased from companies or nonprofit organizations based in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or other designated countries

Bans non-emergency repairs using critical electric grid equipment from these prohibited sources after December 31, 2025

Requires business entities operating in the ERCOT power region to report purchases of critical electric grid equipment or services from prohibited foreign companies and nonprofit organizations to the independent grid organization

Mandates business entities attest that purchases will not provide access or control of grid equipment to prohibited foreign entities, except for warranty and support purposes

Authorizes ERCOT to immediately suspend or terminate a company's registration or system access if there is reasonable suspicion the company meets prohibited foreign ownership or control criteria
