Limits the governor's executive orders, proclamations, and regulations during a declared disaster to address only the specific conditions or requirements of that particular disaster

Requires the governor to publish weekly on the governor's website a chronological list of all executive orders, proclamations, and regulations issued, amended, or rescinded during a declared disaster

Requires the Texas Division of Emergency Management to publish the same weekly chronological list of disaster-related executive actions on the state's comprehensive disaster web portal
