Creates a new criminal offense of "continuous aggravated promotion of prostitution" when a person commits aggravated promotion of prostitution (under Section 43.04) two or more times during a period of 30 or more days

Classifies the offense as a first-degree felony punishable by imprisonment for life or 25 to 99 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice

Allows jury members to reach unanimous verdict without agreeing on the specific conduct or exact dates, as long as they agree the defendant committed the underlying offense at least twice within the 30+ day period

Prohibits charging a defendant with more than one count of the continuous offense if all conduct is alleged against the same victim

Prevents conviction for both the continuous offense and the underlying aggravated promotion of prostitution offense in the same criminal action involving the same victim, with limited exceptions
