Repeals Sections 43.955(b) and (c) of the Parks and Wildlife Code, which previously contained exceptions or alternative provisions for cost allocation

Applies only to costs arising from assessments conducted or deer destruction commenced on or after the effective date

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative approval, otherwise September 1, 2025
