Requires annual asset forfeiture audits to include a detailed report itemizing all seizures of proceeds and property, including the date of seizure, amount of liquid assets, and description of non-liquid assets

Mandates disclosure of the final disposition of all seized proceeds and property in the audit report

Applies to all law enforcement agencies and attorneys representing the state who receive proceeds or property through asset forfeiture

Certified audit copies must be delivered to the attorney general within 60 days after the end of the annual audit period

Takes effect September 1, 2025, and applies to audits performed on or after that date
