Supports preserving Texas's existing nuclear and gas fleet and expanding gas and nuclear capacity, including development of new nuclear reactors

Directs the Texas Secretary of State to forward official copies of the resolution to the President, congressional leadership, and the Texas congressional delegation for entry into the Congressional Record
