Proposes adding Section 37 to Article I of the Texas Constitution to establish a right to personal reproductive autonomy for each individual residing in the state

Recognizes reproductive autonomy as central to an individual's liberty and dignity to determine their own life course

Prohibits the state from restricting or prohibiting reproductive autonomy unless justified by a compelling state interest achieved through the least restrictive means available

Requires the proposed constitutional amendment to be submitted to Texas voters at an election on November 4, 2025
