Congratulates Jeff Traylor, former Gilmer High School head football coach, on his induction into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2025

Recognizes Traylor's record at Gilmer High School from 2001-2014: three state championships (2004, 2009, 2014), two state runner-up finishes, 12 district titles, and an overall record of 175-26 (.871 winning percentage, 10th all-time in Texas)

Notes Traylor was named Texas High School Coach of the Year four times and produced two perfect 16-0 seasons

Acknowledges his subsequent college coaching career, including positions at University of Texas, SMU, and Arkansas before becoming head coach at UTSA in December 2019
