Current leadership includes Dr. Michael Gossett as lead pastor since 2021, along with executive pastor Todd Haymans, missions pastor Dr. John Roach, and other staff

The church operates extensive ministries serving various groups including seniors, youth, people with disabilities, and those in recovery, as well as facilities like a Family Life Center, Retreat Center, and Sports Complex

Congregants engage in local and international missions, partnering with organizations such as Bethesda Health Clinic, Hope Haven of East Texas, and serving Tyler Independent School District schools
