Designates February 25, 2025, as Eva's Heroes Day at the Texas State Capitol and welcomes the organization's delegation

Eva's Heroes is a San Antonio-based nonprofit founded in 2006 by actress Eva Longoria Baston and Christiane Perkins-Garcia to serve individuals with special needs

The organization serves more than 1,900 teens and young adults with disabilities (age 14 and older) in Bexar County annually through social and recreational programs

Programs include activities such as bowling, yoga, photography, trips to local events, three annual dances, weeklong summer camps, and the SA Sibs program for siblings of people with intellectual disabilities

The resolution directs that an official copy be prepared for Eva's Heroes as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate
