Founded in 2000 by Anthony and Gayla Springer as a six-and-under girls' T-ball team, later transitioning to fast-pitch softball with teams now in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma

Recognizes the club's community service initiatives including Thanksgiving turkey dinner giveaways, stuffed animal donations to Tyler Police Department, and winter jacket drives for local youth

Directs that an official copy of the resolution be prepared for Sneaky Cleats as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate
