Establishes interim operations for the Texas Senate between the 89th Legislature's adjournment and the 90th Legislature's convening, based on a June 2, 2025 caucus attended by 31 senators

Names six elected officers to serve during the interim: Secretary of the Senate Patsy Spaw, Calendar Clerk Nicole Albers, Doorkeeper Matthew Peabody, Enrolling Clerk Patience Worrel, Journal Clerk Lourdes Litchfield, and Sergeant-at-Arms Austin Osborn

Authorizes each senator a monthly payroll budget of $73,150 for secretarial and office staff, with up to $20,000 in unexpended funds carrying over to the next fiscal year

Directs printing of 225 buckram-bound volumes of the Senate Journal for the Regular Session of the 89th Legislature for distribution to members

Requires senators not returning for the 90th Legislature to vacate their senate offices by December 1, 2026
