Requires the Secretary of Defense to expand periodic health assessments for Armed Forces members beginning in 2026

Mandates annual testing including a sports physical, electrocardiogram, comprehensive metabolic panel, and complete blood count

Requires thyroid stimulating hormone tests and brain natriuretic peptide tests when medically necessary

Incorporates existing legally required evaluations, including those under Section 704 and Section 707 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020

Grants the Secretary of Defense authority to include additional tests or evaluations deemed appropriate
