Secretary of the Interior must convey approximately 3,400 acres of Bureau of Land Management land to La Paz County, Arizona for solar energy development upon county request

County must pay fair market value based on federal appraisal standards, plus all conveyance costs including surveys and administrative expenses

Federal land containing significant cultural, environmental, wildlife, or recreational resources is excluded from the conveyance

County and any subsequent owners must protect tribal cultural artifacts by coordinating with the Colorado River Indian Tribes Tribal Historic Preservation Office and allowing reburial of unearthed artifacts

Sale proceeds go to the Federal Land Disposal Account under the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act; the land is withdrawn from mining and mineral leasing laws
