Secretary of the Interior, with the EPA Administrator, would provide technical and financial assistance to identify, conserve, restore, and interpret natural, recreational, historical, and cultural resources within the Great Lakes Watershed

Creates a Great Lakes Gateways Network comprising designated sites (state/federal parks, historic seaports, archaeological and cultural sites) connected by trails, tour roads, scenic byways, and watertrails

Establishes a Great Lakes Gateways Grants Assistance Program for state and local governments, communities, nonprofits, and private entities working on conservation and restoration projects

Grants are capped at 50% of eligible project costs, require non-federal matching funds for the remainder, and limit administrative expenses to 10% of total project costs

Authorizes $6,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2031
