U.S. Customs and Border Protection must publish monthly operational statistics on a public DHS website by the 7th day of each month, including data on alien encounters, nationalities, gang-affiliated apprehensions, drug seizures, terrorist watchlist encounters, criminal alien arrests, and known got aways

Monthly publications must specifically report totals for terrorist screening database individuals who have repeatedly attempted unlawful entry and those who have been apprehended, including whether they were released or removed

Monthly data must include counts of individuals affiliated with transnational criminal organizations who have attempted repeated unlawful crossings or been apprehended, along with their release or removal status

Secretary of Homeland Security must submit an initial assessment within 90 days and annually thereafter to House and Senate homeland security committees on foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations attempting to move members into the U.S. through southern, northern, or maritime borders
