Secretary of the Treasury must submit a report to Congress within 30 days identifying whether proposals for terminating the conservatorships of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were completed as required under January 14, 2021 letter agreements

Report must be submitted to the House Financial Services Committee and Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee

If proposals were completed, the report must include the completed proposals; if not completed, the report must include any existing incomplete drafts

Secretary must complete and submit any incomplete proposals within 90 days of the Act's enactment
