Defines natural asset companies as entities holding rights to ecological performance of land areas, with authority to manage those areas for conservation, restoration, or sustainable management

Covers companies whose primary purpose is managing, maintaining, or growing the value of natural assets and ecosystem services on defined land areas

Includes companies that avoid material adverse impacts on natural assets while replenishing natural resources used in the area

Extends the prohibition to any company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a natural asset company
