Secretary of Veterans Affairs must establish a 3-year pilot program to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to veterans with traumatic brain injury or post-traumatic stress disorder through community care providers

Pilot program will operate in 2 Veterans Integrated Service Networks, with treatment facilities required to be accredited by the Joint Commission, Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, or comparable organization

"VA HBOT Fund" established in the Treasury, funded solely by donations, to pay for the therapy

GAO must submit a report within 1 year updating its 2016 assessment of clinical trials on HBOT for TBI and PTSD conducted by the VA, Department of Defense, and private entities

Extends certain pension payment limits from November 30, 2031 to October 30, 2034 (38 U.S.C. 5503(d)(7))
