Amends Section 1142(b) of title 10, United States Code to add new requirements to the military Transition Assistance Program (TAP)

Requires information and counseling about federal food and nutrition assistance programs be provided to service members transitioning out of the military

Content must be developed in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture

Specifically covers the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008

Also covers the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) under the Child Nutrition Act of 1966
