Imposes mandatory sanctions on foreign persons, banks, insurance providers, and flagging registries involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, liquefied natural gas, or petrochemical products, including their subsidiaries, corporate officers, and immediate family members

Sanctions include blocking of property and interests within U.S. jurisdiction, visa revocation, and inadmissibility to the United States for sanctioned individuals

Requires the Secretary of State to establish an Interagency Working Group on Iranian Sanctions within 180 days, comprising representatives from State, Treasury, and Justice departments to coordinate enforcement

Directs the working group to create a multilateral contact group with allied nations to share information on sanctions evasion, coordinate enforcement, and address Iranian uranium enrichment, ballistic missile production, and terrorism support

Amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act to allow private sector rewards for identifying persons engaged in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian energy products
