Mahan Air, a Tehran-based airline, was added to the Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list on October 12, 2011, for facilitating Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Qods Force transportation, arms shipments, and flights transporting fighters to Syria

Foreign persons providing financial, material, or technological support to Mahan Air would be subject to U.S. sanctions under Executive Order 13224

Requires the President to submit a determination to Congress within 90 days on whether to apply sanctions against the Iran Airports Company, the state-owned enterprise that operates civilian airports facilitating Mahan Air's operations

The presidential determination must be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex
