Withdraws from the UN Headquarters Agreement, prohibits all assessed and voluntary U.S. contributions to the UN, and bans U.S. participation in UN peacekeeping operations

Removes diplomatic immunity protections for UN officers, employees, and foreign mission representatives under the Vienna Convention and related agreements

Repeals U.S. participation in the World Health Organization and ends involvement in all UN conventions and agreements

Prohibits future U.S. reentry into the UN without Senate advice and consent, requiring any future membership agreement to include a withdrawal provision
