Awards a Congressional Gold Medal collectively to the 55,000 individuals and 125 communities from Nebraska, Colorado, and Kansas who volunteered or donated items to the North Platte Canteen from December 25, 1941, to April 1, 1946

The North Platte Canteen served approximately 6 million U.S. troops traveling by train during World War II, providing free food and hospitality to as many as 24 troop trains per day

The gold medal will be permanently housed at the Lincoln County Historical Museum in North Platte, Nebraska, for public display and research

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicate medals at cost, with proceeds deposited into the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund

Medal costs will be charged against the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund, requiring no new appropriations
