Amends the Taiwan Assurance Act of 2020 to require the Secretary of State to conduct reviews of the "Guidelines on Relations with Taiwan" and related documents at least every five years

Requires the Secretary of State to reissue Taiwan guidance to all executive branch departments and agencies following each review

Mandates submission of updated reports to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and House Committee on Foreign Affairs within 90 days of completing each review

Expands reporting scope to cover any successor or related documents containing guidance on Taiwan relations, not just the original memorandum

Updated reports must describe how revised guidance meets the goals and objectives established in the original Taiwan Assurance Act
