Establishes U.S. policy to seek exclusion of People's Republic of China representatives from six international financial organizations—the G20, Bank for International Settlements, Financial Stability Board, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, International Association of Insurance Supervisors, and International Organization of Securities Commissions—if the President informs Congress of threats to Taiwan's security or economic system resulting from PRC actions

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury, Federal Reserve Board, and Securities and Exchange Commission to take all necessary steps to advance this exclusion policy

Allows the President to waive the exclusion policy for any organization by submitting a report to the House Financial Services Committee and Senate Banking Committee certifying the waiver is in the national interest and explaining the reasons

Includes a sunset provision terminating the Act after 5 years or 30 days after the President notifies Congress that termination is in the national interest, whichever comes first
