Data shared for service members includes highest education level attained, secondary school graduated from, Armed Forces Qualification Test score, branch of service, rank, military occupational specialty, enlistment date, and separation date

Data shared for individuals denied military enlistment includes highest education level, school locations, and Armed Forces Qualification Test score

States may integrate the military data into their statewide longitudinal data systems or alternate state-operated data systems

Requires confidential transmission using current data security standards and compliance with federal, state, and local privacy laws to protect individual privacy
