Prohibits agents of the People's Republic of China government from purchasing real estate adjacent to covered federal lands in the United States

Prohibits businesses with 25% or more equity owned directly or indirectly by the Chinese government from purchasing such adjacent real estate

Covered federal lands include property under jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Agriculture (Forest Service lands), and Secretary of Energy

Also protects lands classified as Indian country under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1151) from adjacent purchases by covered Chinese entities

Applies to all U.S. states, territories, and possessions including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands
