Amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to require the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation to research and develop insurance policies covering mushroom growing media and mushroom production

Requires evaluation of policies covering risks from pests (phorid flies, sciarid flies), fungal pathogens, viral pathogens, weather-related electricity loss, and excessive rainfall events (5-year, 10-year, or 20-year events)

Mandates consideration of streamlined reporting requirements that account for short propagation schedules, variable crop years, and multiple mushroom varieties produced in single facilities

Requires the Corporation to submit a report to the House and Senate Agriculture Committees within 2 years describing research results and recommendations
