Designates uranium as a critical mineral, overriding existing federal laws, regulations, and executive orders that exclude fuel minerals from critical mineral classification

Retroactively adds uranium to the 2022 Final List of Critical Minerals published by the U.S. Geological Survey (87 Fed. Reg. 10381; February 24, 2022), treating it as if it had been included at original publication

Requires uranium to be included on all future critical minerals lists published under section 7002 of the Energy Act of 2020 (30 U.S.C. 1606)
