Adds the Secretary of Agriculture as a member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for transactions involving agricultural land, agriculture biotechnology, or the agriculture industry (including transportation, storage, and processing)

Requires CFIUS to review agricultural land transactions flagged by the Secretary of Agriculture when there is intelligence-based reason to believe the transaction is a covered transaction

Targets acquisitions of agricultural land interests by foreign persons from China, North Korea, Russia, or Iran that are subject to reporting under the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978

Includes a sunset provision that terminates review requirements for a specific country when that country is removed from the foreign adversaries list in 15 CFR 791.4
