Requires Lebanon to remove Hezbollah, Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, and Amal from political recognition and expel Hezbollah forces from strongholds pursuant to UN Security Council Resolution 1559 (2004)

Bars federal funding to the United Nations Development Programme for livelihood support programs assisting Lebanese armed forces or internal security personnel

Designates Suhil Bahij Gharab as a specially designated global terrorist under Executive Order 13224

Mandates the Secretary of State submit reports every 180 days on Hezbollah and Iranian influence throughout the Lebanese government, including the Ministry of Defense
