Amends the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to add a standardized presentation promoting VA benefits available to separating service members

Requires the presentation to be reviewed and approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in collaboration with veterans service organizations before implementation, with 90-day congressional review period

Allows representatives from recognized veterans service organizations to participate in presenting, while prohibiting encouragement to join any particular organization

Limits the presentation to no more than one hour and requires inclusion of information on how VSOs can assist with filing benefits claims

Mandates annual reports to Congress identifying participating VSOs, attendance numbers, and any recommendations for program changes
