Requires the Secretary of Agriculture and Secretary of the Interior to develop interagency data standards within 30 months for geospatial data on public recreational access to federal waterways and fishing restrictions

Mandates digitization and online publication within 5 years of GIS data on federal waterway restrictions, including closures, motorized vessel limits, no-wake zones, and permitted watercraft types (canoes, motorboats, personal watercraft, etc.)

Requires publication of federal waterway access information including boat ramp locations, portages, fishing access sites, and bathymetric/depth data

Directs agencies to publish federal fishing restriction data covering closures, no-take zones, marine protected areas, equipment restrictions, and catch-and-release requirements, with real-time updates as changes occur

Establishes annual reporting to Congress through March 30, 2034, and allows partnerships with state agencies, tribal agencies, technology companies, and the U.S. Geological Survey for implementation
