Secretary of the Interior must revise boundaries of unit L06 of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System within 30 days of enactment

Parcels in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina zoned for purposes other than conservation under local ordinances will be excluded from the protected coastal barrier unit

Changes apply only to areas of unit L06 within the municipality of North Topsail Beach, not to other portions of the unit

Excluded parcels will be deemed to meet criteria under section 4(g)(1)(B) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act, which governs removal of areas from the system

Amends the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System map dated November 25, 2024
