Requires the Secretary of Agriculture and Secretary of the Interior to submit annual reports on hazardous fuels reduction activities as part of the President's budget materials, counting each treated acre only once regardless of how many activities occurred on it

Reports must include location data (wildland-urban interface status, region), wildfire risk levels at start and end of reporting period, types of activities completed, cost per acre, and effectiveness in reducing wildfire risk

Secretaries must implement standardized data tracking procedures within 90 days of enactment, including verification methods, accuracy reviews, and methods to distinguish acres within versus outside the wildland-urban interface

GAO must conduct a study within 2 years on implementation of the Act and report to Congress on any limitations in reporting or data tracking

No additional funds are authorized; activities must be carried out using existing appropriations
