Prohibits the President from selling or authorizing export licenses for covered defense articles to the United Arab Emirates or any UAE agency/instrumentality under the Arms Export Control Act

Prohibition remains in effect until the President certifies to the House Foreign Affairs Committee and Senate Foreign Relations Committee that the UAE is not providing materiel support to the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan

Covered defense articles include items from 12 categories of the U.S. Munitions List: Categories I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, XIV, XVI, XVII, and XVIII (firearms, artillery, ammunition, launch vehicles, explosives, vessels, aircraft, military electronics, toxicological agents, nuclear equipment, classified articles, and directed energy weapons)
