Prohibits federal funds provided to international financial institutions from being used to finance shrimp farming, shrimp processing, or shrimp exports in any foreign country

Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to condition federal funding to international financial institutions on compliance with the shrimp financing restriction

Mandates the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to submit an initial report to Congress within 180 days of enactment, then annually thereafter

GAO reports must assess whether U.S. Executive Directors at international financial institutions are complying with existing instructions to oppose assistance for production or extraction of export commodities in surplus on world markets

Introduced March 11, 2025, with bipartisan support from 18 cosponsors, primarily representing Gulf Coast states (Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia)
