Directs the Agricultural Research Service to identify compounds responsible for wildfire smoke exposure in wine grapes and establish standard testing methodologies, including fast and inexpensive screening methods

Requires creation of a database documenting background levels of smoke exposure compounds that naturally occur in wine grapes

Mandates development of risk assessment tools and mitigation methods to reduce or eliminate smoke damage, including study of protective barrier compounds

Research must be coordinated with land-grant universities in California, Oregon, and Washington that have existing viticulture and enology smoke exposure research programs

Authorizes $6,500,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, with funds remaining available until expended
