Directs the Architect of the Capitol to design and install a permanent exhibit in a prominent location in the U.S. Capitol depicting the January 6, 2021 attack, with completion required within 2 years of enactment

Requires the exhibit to include damaged property from the Capitol and Capitol Grounds, existing photographic records of the attack, and permits inclusion of artwork depicting the events

Mandates a plaque honoring U.S. Capitol Police and other law enforcement who protected the Capitol, specifically naming Officers Brian Sicknick, Howard Liebengood, Jeffrey Smith, Gunther Hashida, and Kyle DeFreytag

Plaque must also recognize those who sustained injuries protecting the Capitol and staff who helped restore the Capitol Complex after the attack

Authorizes appropriation of such sums as necessary to carry out the Act, with funds remaining available until expended
