Secretary of Veterans Affairs authorized to enter agreement with Montgomery County Land Bank for transfer of approximately 58 acres of land in Dayton, Ohio, across from Dayton National Cemetery

Land transfer would be at no cost to the Department of Veterans Affairs and for no consideration from the Land Bank

Secretary must begin the transfer process within 30 days of receiving the Land Bank's offer and complete acceptance within 3 years

Transferred land must be used as a national cemetery to expand burial capacity at Dayton National Cemetery

Bill specifically limits the agreement to only the described parcel and only with the Montgomery County Land Bank, not requiring acquisition of other parcels or agreements with other entities
