Requires annual sensitivity training for all VA employees who process, communicate about, or decide military sexual trauma (MST) claims, with training tailored to employee experience level and updated at least once annually

Mandates the VA Secretary to automatically obtain claimants' service personnel and medical records when assisting with MST compensation claims

Requires the VA to submit a report to Congress within 90 days detailing current MST claims training and plans for implementing the new training requirements

Requires a separate 90-day report on sensitivity training for contracted health care professionals who examine MST claimants, including plans to prevent retraumatization during examinations
