Redesignates the Salem Maritime National Historic Site as "Salem Maritime National Historical Park"

All existing federal references to the site in laws, regulations, maps, and documents will automatically apply to the renamed park

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a boundary study evaluating whether to expand the park to include additional sites related to maritime history, coastal defenses, and military history (including National Guard and militia activity)

Study area encompasses Salem, Massachusetts and vicinity, specifically including the Salem Armory Visitor Center building and adjacent Salem Armory Park

Secretary must submit study results, findings, and recommendations to Congress within 3 years of receiving funding
