Revokes Public Land Order 3309 (dated January 17, 1964) and transfers jurisdiction over the affected land to the Secretary of the Interior

Requires the Secretary to place approximately 265 acres into trust for the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians within 180 days of enactment: 80 acres of BLM land and 185 acres of Indian Creek Ranch land

Declares all transferred land to be part of the Tribe's reservation, administered under laws applicable to tribal trust property

Prohibits use of the trust land for any Class II or Class III gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act

Requires the Secretary to review whether a land survey is needed, and if so, conduct the survey and make it available for public inspection at the Bureau of Indian Affairs
