Extends the Adams Memorial Commission's authority from 2025 to 2032, with the extension effective as if enacted on December 1, 2025

Designates the memorial location within the "Adams Memorial: Eligible Additional Area" as depicted on a map prepared by the Commission dated February 25, 2025

Allows the commemorative work to be located within the Reserve if the Commission determines the primary location is unsuitable due to physical or security constraints

Exempts the Adams Memorial from certain commemorative works standards under section 8908(c) of title 40, United States Code

Repeals sections 2 and 3 of Public Law 107–315 as conforming amendments
